About the Company: 

Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM with a focus on global real estate.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain conference room schedule
  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Virtual and in-person meeting coordination and calendaring
  • Facilitate domestic and international travel when needed
  • Manage and track expenses for reimbursement
  • Coordinate catering and assist with equipment set-up
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of admin experience
  • Previous experience in financial services preferred
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

Salary Range: 

$70,000-$85,000
