Recruiting Coordinator

About the Company: 

Our client is a global asset management firm operating a multi-strategy platform that includes fundamental equities, systematic and quantitative strategies, and macro investing. The firm supports a large network of portfolio managers and investment teams through centralized risk management, technology, and operational infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the full recruitment process including scheduling, process management, and new hire onboarding
  • Schedule phone, video conference, and onsite interviews
  • Actively maintain and track candidate pipelines and feedback in our internal recruiting database
  • Collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates
  • Provide updates to hiring managers and candidates on the recruitment processes
  • Improve the recruitment processes and best practices as needed

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of related recruiting coordinating or admin experience
  • Experience with ATS systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

 

Salary Range: 

$80,000-$90,000
