Recruiting Coordinator

About the Company: 

Our client is an alternative investment firm with $8 billion in AUM with offices in the United States and Europe. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with interview scheduling and logistics, managing candidate and external search firm correspondence, and sourcing candidate pipeline as needed. This role will provide a great foundation for growth in the recruitment field.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support recruiting team in managing all stages of the candidate lifecycle – resume review, applicant tracking system data input and updates, interview scheduling, interviewer feedback follow-up, and other related tasks
  • Develop relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers across the firm
  • Support the recruiting team’s brand internally by maintaining a strong client service approach, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication
  • Manage complex and varied scheduling processes, which can involve several rounds of interviews, various assessments, travel booking, and a broad array of the firm’s team member schedules
  • Support recruiting projects such as market compensation data collection and review, summer program planning and execution, and process optimization

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • High level of initiative with a focus on customer service, quality, and process improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with an ATS is a plus
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts for technology-focused profiles is a plus
