About the Company: 

Our client is a technology driven fund manager with over a billion in AUM. The firm has offices in the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia. The Recruiting Officer will help support general HR needs and drive the firms recruiting efforts worldwide.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage HR activities supporting employee programs, payroll, and benefits
  • Work with C-suite officers and other senior managers in developing a strategy to retain and source top talent
  • Develop our team of in-house recruiters who liaise with candidates, external recruiters, university career centers and technology platforms to identify and attract candidates
  • Promote and raise awareness of the firm at schools and online
  • Oversee and coordination of the overall recruiting process and onboarding successful candidates

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience with campus recruiting

 

Salary Range: 

$150,000-$250,000
