About the Company:

Our client is a leading technology services firm focused on cybersecurity and data analytics solutions for both commercial enterprises and public sectors. Their products and services allow government agencies, higher education, and Fortune 1000 commercial accounts to approach digital transformation with confidence. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on the US Army account for the firm.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and manage an account base within the US Army
  • Define, develop, and execute a strategic capture plan with support from the DoD Director
  • Work with sales operations, PMO, and engineering teams to develop and drive opportunities
  • Focus on strategic relationships within the Systems Integrator community
  • Provide timely and accurate forecast updates and execute aggregate plans that deliver target revenue and bookings
  • Build and manage OEM relationships

 

Requirements: 

  • 5-10 years of experience with DoD sales, has specially focused on the US Army as primary clientele
  • Experience selling IT products and services
  • Fundamental understanding of DoD acquisition paths and funding cycles
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-off management structure
  • Relevant software industry expertise
  • Secret or higher Security Clearance preferred
  • Desire and ability to learn new COTS technologies

 

Salary Range:

$120,000-$300,000

Comp structure is base plus commission
