About the Company:
Our client is a premier alternative asset management company with over $300 billion of assets under management, focusing on real estate, renewable power, infrastructure and private equity. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for consolidated management & legal entity reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries related to the consolidated adjustments ensuring they are complete and accurate
- Assist in the preparation of legal entity financial statements
- Play an integral role in onboarding and integration of new assets into the finance and accounting processes
- Consolidate, review and analyze information provided by the firm’s subsidiaries as well as internal management reporting on an IFRS and proportionate basis
- Prepare and present quarterly results presentation to senior management
- Track financial reporting submissions and follow up as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-5 years of related accounting experience
- Big 4 experience a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- CPA preferred
- Experience managing multiple entities with complex structures
Salary Range:
$90,000 – $125,000
