About the Company:
Our client is a highly diversified global investment manager with over $40 billion in AUM investing in a range of credit, real estate, private equity, and permanent capital investment strategies. The Senior Accountant will be part of a team that handles all aspects of the accounting for a specific line of business at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly operating company level financials
- Prepare management reporting package for each quarter 10-Q or annual 10-K
- Record monthly G/L journal entries
- Improve processes and reporting packages; develop controls
- Work collaboratively with FP&A to provide operating details, management reporting and forecast
- Work directly with the auditors to support quarterly and annual financial statement and preparer subsidiary stand-alone
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA preferred
- 2-4 years of accounting with experience in public accounting
- Experience in close and reporting environment with G/L responsibilities
- High technical proficiency with MS Excel
Salary Range:
$95,000-$120,000
