About the Company:
Our client is a real estate investment firm specializing in repurposing existing properties as well as investing in new developments.
Responsibilities:
- Record daily cash transactions, review cash accounts and ensure accounts are properly funded, and record and deposit cash receipts from tenants
- Oversee the 1099 process for the properties
- Onboard new tenants with asset manager
- Calculate and record monthly management fee, post monthly rental charges, send monthly tenant statements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 1-3 years of experience as a property accountant
- Experience using various accounting systems such as QuickBooks and/or Yardi Breeze
Salary Range:
$80,000-$90,000
