About the Company: 

Our client is a diversified global investment manager specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate. With a focus on alternative assets, it seeks to identify unique opportunities across various industries, leveraging deep expertise and strategic insights.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare books, records, and monthly packages including schedules for the general partner and manager entities of affiliated subsidiaries
  • Review and analyze management fee and incentive allocation calculations prepared by affiliated subsidiaries
  • Prepare footnote schedules and review disclosures for quarterly financial statements
  • Prepare detailed accounting memorandums on transaction related activities including consolidation accounting, revenue recognition, and investment fund/entity analyses
  • Prepare revenue and balance sheet analytics and provide explanations for significant variances
  • Review fund documents to understand various fund structures
  • Coordinate activities of external auditors and other consultants

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-6 years of experience in public and/or private accounting
  • CPA required
  • Experience within investment management or financial services industries required

 

Salary Range: 

$110,000-$130,000
