About the Company:
Our client is a diversified global investment manager specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate. With a focus on alternative assets, it seeks to identify unique opportunities across various industries, leveraging deep expertise and strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare books, records, and monthly packages including schedules for the general partner and manager entities of affiliated subsidiaries
- Review and analyze management fee and incentive allocation calculations prepared by affiliated subsidiaries
- Prepare footnote schedules and review disclosures for quarterly financial statements
- Prepare detailed accounting memorandums on transaction related activities including consolidation accounting, revenue recognition, and investment fund/entity analyses
- Prepare revenue and balance sheet analytics and provide explanations for significant variances
- Review fund documents to understand various fund structures
- Coordinate activities of external auditors and other consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-6 years of experience in public and/or private accounting
- CPA required
- Experience within investment management or financial services industries required
Salary Range:
$110,000-$130,000
