About the Company:
Our client is a forward-thinking technology firm, with a focus on data analytics. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the accounting functions of the firm’s US entities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly roll-forwards, reconciliations, and other schedules to support month-end close
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to provide insights for the firm and ensure the effective use of funds
- Responsible for the compilation of the monthly variance analysis and commentary
- Prepare accounting memorandums, and draft accounting policies and controls, as needed
- Responsible for the preparation of the non-statutory financial statements for US entities on a timely basis
- Support the internal and external audit process
- Help ensure policies, procedures, and system processes are executed by the business as designed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-4 years of working experience at a Big Four firm
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting standards
- CPA preferred
Salary Range:
$120,000-$130,000
