Senior Accountant

About the Company:
Our client is a family office located in Miami, FL that invests and operates in private residential and commercial properties. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting and financial planning and reporting duties.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and prepare receipts for bank deposits and bank account reconciliations
- Prepare general ledger entries for all payments
- Prepare checks and assemble with documentation for review, approval, and signature
- Manage and oversee all AR duties
- Maintain schedules or reports needed for tax or audit reporting
- Monitor accounting set up for payroll
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 4-7 years of corporate accounting required
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Trustworthy and ability to operate with highest level of discretion
Salary Range:
$100,000-$140,000
