About the Company:
Our client is a global independent financial advisory firm providing counsel on mergers and acquisitions, wealth management, and financing for families, institutions, governments, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly revenue review to ensure revenue recognition rules are met
- Manage quarterly intercompany reconciliation process
- Oversee preparation of all transfer pricing memos
- Lead all month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
- Oversee internal AML audit
- Manage capital projections and cash flow forecasts
- Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA required
- 7-10 years of related accounting experience
- Experience at an advisory, financial services, or broker-dealer firm
- Strong knowledge of FINRA regulations
- Series 27 licensed or willing to obtain
- Proficiency in accounting software’s/SAP knowledge a plus
Salary Range:
$140,000-$170,000
