About the Company:
Our client is a large net lease REIT specializing in the acquisition of single-tenant properties and over $20 billion in AUM.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare journal entries for dispositions, lease amendments, loan payoffs, and acquisitions in accordance with US GAAP
- Assist in the quarter end close and consolidation process
- Record recurring monthly and quarterly journal entries for various corporate processes
- Prepare variance analyses for income statement and balance sheet accounts
- Assist in preparing supporting schedules for auditors and responding to audit inquiries
- Assist with ad hoc account analyses and reporting requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- CPA preferred
- 2-4 years of public accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Knowledge of JDE, Hyperion suite, or Workiva a plus
Salary Range:
$80,000-$110,000
