About the Company:
Our client is a global law firm that represents leading corporations and government-owned and financial institutions. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for monthly Partner payments, distributions, and account reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly and non-quarterly Partner distributions and statements
- Provide monthly personal charge and tax statements and related analyses
- Maintain Partner capital files and prepare annual statements
- Review and analyze personal charge and tax accounts and identify and resolve any issues
- Prepare all bank wires, payment instructions, and journal entries as requested
- Perform Partner compensation forecasts and budget
- Perform year-end close out journal entries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of experience as a staff accountant and/or bookkeeper
- Experience working at a law firm required
- Partnership accounting experience required
Salary Range:
$90,000-$115,000
