About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm providing capital for long-term growth and acquisitions for businesses in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial industries. The Senior Associate will be part of the FP&A team and assist with functions related to budgeting/reporting, variance analysis, performance measurement, planning and forecasting, and general financial modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets, financial projections, and rolling forecasts
- Build financial models to understand and forecast performance
- Research forecast-to-actual variances which will aid in analysis and decision-making
- Translate financial data into business insights and operational knowledge into financial forecasts
- Deliver monthly operational and financial reporting to management and stakeholders
- Develop creative solutions to drive standardization, automation, and capability enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quant field
- 4-6 years of FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel modeling skills required
- Ability to prepare 3-statement financial projection models
- Foundational understanding of GAAP and accounting
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or other CPM software is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
Salary Range:
$110,000-$135,000
