Senior Associate

About the Company:
Our client is an investment adviser with over $30 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations. The Senior Associate will be responsible for assisting with the financial planning, tax, liquidity and reporting needs of the firm’s partners.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare books and records for partner owned investment vehicles
- Prepare and review quarterly income tax projections and estimated payment calculations for the partners
- Prepare partner quarterly reporting packages including net worth reporting, investment balances, and liquidity forecasts
- Monitor liquidity and daily cash balances, fund capital calls, monitor distributions, and make cash reinvestment determinations
- Assist with investment subscriptions and redemptions
- Loan facility maintenance and monitoring covenant compliance
- Review and respond to tax notices
- Manage internal and external deliverable deadlines, coordinate with service providers, and oversee various compliance and year-end planning projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of experience within public accounting and/or a family office
- CPA a plus
- Strong Excel skills
Salary Range:
$100,000-$125,000
