About the Company: 

Our client is a high-frequency trading firm headquartered in NYC is looking for an Associate, Payroll and Benefits to join their HR team.



  • Processing regional payrolls and reconciling all regional taxes
  • Payroll auditing and approving for payroll in the US and Canada
  • Overseeing tax filing and audit processes for all regional countries
  • Vetting, reviewing, and presenting benefit opportunities within the regions
  • Supporting the US payroll and benefits systems migrations and integrations with new platforms
  • Carrying out initiatives and projects set by stakeholders and the Global Head of Payroll and Benefits
  • Providing analysis and proposals for regional payroll and benefits decisions using solid research methods



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in payroll
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of well-known payroll and benefits systems
