About the Company:
Our client is a high-frequency trading firm headquartered in NYC is looking for an Associate, Payroll and Benefits to join their HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing regional payrolls and reconciling all regional taxes
- Payroll auditing and approving for payroll in the US and Canada
- Overseeing tax filing and audit processes for all regional countries
- Vetting, reviewing, and presenting benefit opportunities within the regions
- Supporting the US payroll and benefits systems migrations and integrations with new platforms
- Carrying out initiatives and projects set by stakeholders and the Global Head of Payroll and Benefits
- Providing analysis and proposals for regional payroll and benefits decisions using solid research methods
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience in payroll
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of well-known payroll and benefits systems
