About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm focused on investing in software, information services, and technology-enabled services companies with $4 billion in AUM. The Senior Associate will report to the CFO and join the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly reporting timeline and review quarterly workpapers prepared by fund administrator
- Review financial statements and tax returns
- Lead monthly preparation/review of management company financial statements and budgeting
- Assist with managing deal closing and onboarding procedures
- Assist with maintaining portfolio monitoring system
- Assist in preparation of quarterly valuation templates
- Assist with state tax estimates and other compliance filings to keep entities in good standing
- Review management company accounts payable and receivable
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of related experience within private equity
- Experience within public and private accounting or tax
- Experience using QuickBooks
Salary Range:
$110,000-$140,000
