About the Company:
Our client is a financial and real estate services company specializing in equities, investment banking, and fixed income products. The Senior Business Analyst will assist with implementing and optimizing technology applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the requirements gathering process collaborating with finance stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs
- Provide hands-on support and expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing technology tools
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement redesigned processes that align with organizational goals
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for both junior business analysts and finance team members on new technologies and methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or IT
- 7-10 years of related experience within finance
- Proficiency with technology tools such as Workiva Wdesk, Alteryx, Tableau, UI Path, and/or Kyriba
- Expertise in leadership, process re-engineering, and project governance
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant technologies
Salary Range:
$180,000-$210,000
