About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes. The Senior Finance Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for developing strategic priorities and executing them. Primary responsibilities include business analysis, requirements gathering, and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support business analyst needs for the compensation reporting team
- Work with users to determine root cause issues and to plan for remediation
- Represent the team in cross-departmental projects
- Work with developers and users to devise testing plans and manage the testing process
- Provide project management and support for the compensation team’s extensive book of work
- Perform data analysis and develop solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience with compensation or commission calculations
- Understanding of data modelling and data attributes
- Project management experience including ability to synthesize and communicate project information
Salary Range:
$250,000-$350,000
