About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm with over $85 billion in AUM. They invest in companies globally across all industries and stages of development with a focus on helping them scale.
Responsibilities:
- Support the quarterly reporting processes of the firm’s operations including budget tracking and quarterly reforecast, financial performance analytics, liquidity management and segment analysis across the firm’s sectors
- Track and analyze firm operating metrics and KPIs including run rate costs, operating efficiency, cost ratios, and budget-to-actual variances
- Assist with monitoring and projecting investments and commitments into the firm’s funds
- Translate carry and balance sheet projections to the firm and partner level
- Liaise and collaborate with internal functional teams on quarterly deliverables and ad hoc requests
- Build workforce models including headcount, compensation cost, and margin projections
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-6 years of FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience
- Experience within the private equity space a plus
- Understanding of operating metrics and KPIs
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
- CPA or CFA a plus
Salary Range:
$130,000-$150,000
