About the Company:
Our client, a leading private equity company in Midtown, seeking a Senior Accountant to join the firm and work on a plethora of complex PE fund structures from end to end.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of fund financial statements, including footnotes and supporting schedules
- Prepare partner capital account statements
- Fund and partner cash flows and IRR’s
- Waterfall calculations
- Coordinate and support the financial statement audit
- Allocate capital calls and distributions
- Facilitate and monitor cash movements
- Cash forecasting and budgeting
- Bank and brokerage reconciliations
- Track portfolio company transactions
- Portfolio valuation support
- Investment IRR calculations
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of public accounting or fund administration experience
- Industry and/or partnership accounting experience
- Strong Excel and data analytical skills
- CPA required
Salary Range:
$85,000 – $120,000
