Senior Fund Accountant

About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm with over $85 billion in AUM. They invest in companies globally across all industries and stages of development with a focus on helping them scale.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, capital calls, distributions and other related analysis for assigned funds
- Calculate and report quarterly allocation of profit and loss from the funds to limited partners and general partner
- Prepare cross-fund analysis and returns and weekly investment activity report
- Quarterly fund performance analysis
- Prepare management fee calculations
- Coordinate annual audits with external audit firms
- Assist in operations and reporting for various co-investment vehicles
- Review of invoices paid by multiple fund entities including bulk invoice analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 2-4 years of fund accounting or public accounting experience
- CPA required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work with all levels of management
Salary Range:
$95,000-$120,000
