About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative asset manager with over $750 billion in AUM with a focus on renewable power, infrastructure, private equity, and real estate. This role will be involved in day-to-day fund accounting and fund operations.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Preparation and review of investor reports, capital call, and distribution notices
- Compile, analyze, and prepare funds’ financial data and operating metrics
- Detailed review of expenses, accounts payable and payments for processing
- Coordinate with banks for foreign currency exchange and derivative transactions
- Coordinate with fund administrator for accounting and reporting matters
- Maintain investor commitments and capital account statements
- Calculate management fee and carried interest in accordance with funds legal documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 3-5 years of fund accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Fund administration experience a plus
- Understands financial concepts related to investment performance
- Experience with Investran a plus
Salary Range:
$115,000-$135,000
