Our client is a diversified investment management firm operating nationally and internationally, is looking to hire a Senior HR Manager to join their team in Denver, CO.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management; recruiting and staffing; succession planning
  • Organizational Development; organizational planning; performance management; communications, employee orientation, development, and training
  • Remuneration; compensation design and administration, benefit design and administration
  • Administration; employee relations, services, counseling, safety, welfare, wellness, and health; employment law and regulation compliance; policy development, deployment, and documentation; deployment and usage of HR software and systems and best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development required; Graduate degree in a relevant discipline preferred
  • 15 plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred
