Senior Human Resources Associate

About the Company: 

Our client is a private equity firm focused on identifying high-potential companies and driving value through strategic investment and operational expertise.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruiting process including new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
  • Support annual performance reviews, compensation process, and open enrollment
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and address routine inquiries
  • Administer and educate employees about benefit programs, policies, and procedures
  • Administer employee setup and changes
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and talent management
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and third parties

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of HR and HR admin experience
  • Professional in Human Resources certification preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of HR principles, practices, and related labor laws
  • Ability to identify potential employee issues early on and address them proactively
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality

 

Salary Range: 

$120,000-$150,000
