About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm focused on identifying high-potential companies and driving value through strategic investment and operational expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting process including new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
- Support annual performance reviews, compensation process, and open enrollment
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and address routine inquiries
- Administer and educate employees about benefit programs, policies, and procedures
- Administer employee setup and changes
- Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and talent management
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and third parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of HR and HR admin experience
- Professional in Human Resources certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of HR principles, practices, and related labor laws
- Ability to identify potential employee issues early on and address them proactively
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
Salary Range:
$120,000-$150,000
