Responsibilities: 

  • Align talent development initiatives with business and group strategies
  • Assist with performance management, promotion cycles, career development, and employee engagement
  • Support the development and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities
  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture
  • Monitor the effectiveness of talent programs through data analysis and feedback
  • Utilize data analytics to develop metrics and insights that inform talent development strategies and support data-driven business decisions

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent development
  • Experience within financial services consulting preferred
  • Knowledge of HR/talent principles and practices
  • Experience with performance management
  • Workday experience a plus

 

Salary Range: 

$110,000-$130,000
