Responsibilities:
- Align talent development initiatives with business and group strategies
- Assist with performance management, promotion cycles, career development, and employee engagement
- Support the development and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture
- Monitor the effectiveness of talent programs through data analysis and feedback
- Utilize data analytics to develop metrics and insights that inform talent development strategies and support data-driven business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in talent development
- Experience within financial services consulting preferred
- Knowledge of HR/talent principles and practices
- Experience with performance management
- Workday experience a plus
Salary Range:
$110,000-$130,000
