Senior Valuation Associate

About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm providing capital for long-term growth and acquisitions for businesses in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly investor reporting process for oil and gas assets providing valuation support, return calculations, benchmarking and other performance measurement insights
- Analyze portfolio level risk exposure and hedging strategies
- Value upstream oil and assets/reserves
- Interface with portfolio companies and internal teams in data gathering and analysis
- Create and update investor presentations to aid in reporting process
- Provide valuation related support to FP&A team
- Manage and act as key point of contact for the annual 3rd-party valuation process for administration of LTIP plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of valuation or related experience in oil and gas
- Extensive experience in and knowledge of the oil and gas industry is required
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Understanding of financial valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
Salary Range:
$120,000-$140,000
