Software Engineer

About the Company:
Our client is a not-for-profit that supports lawyers and other professionals with innovative programs and publications and provides pro bono training and resources to ensure access to justice. They are seeking Software Engineers to join to join their NYC based team. These openings can be primarily remote, but candidates must be commutable to NYC to come in on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with agile team to gather requirements, refine user stories, and create solutions
- Provide maintenance and enhancements for all internal business applications
- Deliver both functional and non-functional requirements; drive and execute user stories through completion
- Perform hands on design and implementation using the appropriate programming languages and development tools/framework/platform
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
- Work with DevOps to ensure the continuous delivery of software via the CI/CD process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in software development
- Proficient with C# programming
- Strong SQL and development within SQL Server
- Experience writing unit an integration tests using frameworks
- Experience with Salesforce development
- Experience working with Kafka, willing to learn
Salary Range:
$110,000 – $120,000
