About the Company:

Our client is a high-frequency trading and technology firm that has built fast and sophisticated trading platforms with its exceptional talent of engineers and market-driven data. They are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager for their Engineering team in NY.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers, fellow recruiters, and other stakeholders to cultivate an understanding of the firms needs and to make recommendations regarding the recruiting process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and candidates who could be matches for future openings
  • Focusing on talent acquisition for US-based roles while interacting with counterparts and colleagues in other regions on globally-coordinated efforts and initiatives
  • Contributing to various global HR initiatives, including learning and development, career mapping, retention, and more
  • Staying abreast of industry news and market intelligence to ensure the firm maintains a competitive advantage in identifying and meaningfully engaging top candidates

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-6 years of progressive experience in a technical recruiting role, either in-house or at an agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$110,000
