About the Company:

Our client is a global alternative investment manager with over $45 billion in AUM who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will collaborate with various internal departments to help attract and hire top talent for their teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage top talent through strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches using multiple channels
  • Develop an effective and compelling presentation to sell the firm to prospective candidates; build and manage candidates through the closing and offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
  • Proactively incorporate the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy into the recruiting process
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent
  • Manage vendor relationships; identify strategic relationships and strengthen the firm’s overall relationship

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 five years of recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching
  • An understanding of the financial markets and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

 

Salary Range: 

$110,000-$120,000
