Tax Senior

About the Company:
Our client is an investment adviser with over $20 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations. The Tax Senior will primarily be responsible for reviewing the investment partnerships and SPVs’ tax compliance work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly income tax projections for partnerships and tax provisions for corporations
- Review book-to-tax adjustments, state apportionment and withholding tax computation, and tax allocations for investment partnerships, SPVs and JVs
- Review federal and state income tax estimates and tax returns for partnerships and corporations
- Monitor tax deliverable deadlines and supervise tax payment requests and tax filing calendar prepared by the paralegal
- Act as a liaison with outside tax administrators and accounting firms for timely releasing of the K1s and filing of all tax returns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of partnership and corporation tax experience experience in public accounting
- CPA a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with ability to identify issues and errors
Salary Range:
$75,000-$100,000
