About the Company:
Our client is a global investment firm with over $140 billion in AUM. The firm invests across a diverse range of strategies and asset classes, with a mix of long and alternative strategies across liquid and private markets. The Tech Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and stability of various systems across the business spanning front and back office.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, across operating systems both in-person and remotely via phone and desktop sharing software
- Resolve common remote access problems, such as account lockouts, troubleshooting VPN/MFA connections and Citrix remote desktop/application challenges
- Log incidents and requests in an ITIL based ticket management system and ability to effectively prioritize and provide a point of escalation to other team members
- Setup and configure new IT equipment, including imaging and setup of new desktops/laptops, printers and mobile devices
- Provide local hands-on support for video conferencing events and perform regular system health-checks
- Troubleshoot any issues with image builds within SCCM with other team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of IT support experience
- Windows and Microsoft Office support capabilities
- Trade floor support and market data applications experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft applications – including SCCM and Intune
Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000
