About the Company:
Our client is a global credit investment manager with over $40 billion in AUM investing across public and private strategies, including a direct lending platform that provides customized financing solutions to middle-market companies across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Review fair value memos and models for hard-to-value investments such as private bank loans, real estate backed loans, and private equity
- Coordinate valuation reviews with third-party valuation firms, deal teams, and auditors
- Prepare and review the valuation results that are presented to the valuation committee
- Prepare and review valuation reporting utilized by management, the board of directors, investors, and deal teams
- Support quarter-end and year-end valuation processes
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of valuation policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform valuation assumptions and methodologies
- Various special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years of valuations experience within public accounting or asset management
- Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, or Tableau a plus
- Familiarity with Bloomberg
- Experience with fair market valuation models
Salary Range:
$140,000-$165,000
