About the Company: 

Our client is a global investment firm that manages diverse assets across private equity, real estate, and credit markets. Known for its large-scale operations, it partners with institutional and private investors to deliver long-term returns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of the 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings
  • Ensure SEC filings include all required disclosures
  • Ensure the financial results are appropriately recorded in the fund’s financial statements
  • Manage the communication with internal and external auditors
  • Oversee SOX controls and documentation
  • Assist with preparing audit committee materials
  • Responsible for all required fund regulatory reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc analyses and projects

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 10-15 years of public/private accounting experience
  • SEC reporting experience required
  • Experience with open-ended funds and/or private equity industry preferred
  • CPA required

 

Salary Range: 

$150,000 – $220,000
