Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of the 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings
- Ensure SEC filings include all required disclosures
- Ensure the financial results are appropriately recorded in the fund’s financial statements
- Manage the communication with internal and external auditors
- Oversee SOX controls and documentation
- Assist with preparing audit committee materials
- Responsible for all required fund regulatory reporting
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 10-15 years of public/private accounting experience
- SEC reporting experience required
- Experience with open-ended funds and/or private equity industry preferred
- CPA required
Salary Range:
$150,000 – $220,000
