About the Company:
Our client is an asset manager focused on structured credit and private equity investments. The Vice President will be part of the FAC group at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly return estimates
- Review of monthly NAV and SPV’s with the fund administrator
- Review new deals and assist with accounting policy on bookings and review entries
- Perform management and incentive fee calculations
- Assist with interim and year-end audit schedules and deliverables
- Prepare management reports and client reports
- Analyze balance sheet and income statements
- Manage new entity creations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years of related experience with a mix of public/private experience
- CPA license required
- Experience using Geneva preferred
- Experience managing staff
Salary Range:
$150,000-$180,000
