About the Company:

Our client is a leading global investment management firm with over $53 billion in AUM. They are looking to hire an HRIS Workday Specialist who will be the “go to” HRIS Workday subject matter expert, working closely with all stakeholders and users on day-to-day administration, as well as the key specialist for enhancements and new projects. This person will be responsible for leading implementation of Eightfold CRM, system design, testing of system changes, and end-user change management.



  • Manage HR Workday and Eightfold CRM initiatives by leading business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development and communication
  • Support the execution of core recruiting processes utilizing Workday, Eightfold and other enterprise systems
  • Work closely with recruiting operations and talent acquisition partners on strategy and functional and technical requirements
  • Manage process design and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Lead review, testing and implementation of system and process enhancements to the firm’s Workday and Eightfold systems
  • Train new users and clients on new processes/functionality
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
  • Support business requests, special projects, and analysis for HR and internal clients
  • Serve as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday, working independently to research and resolve issues or process flaws



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in Workday system implementations, including design, testing and deploying functionality
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive individual with strong communication skills; able to interface well with users and other development teams both in and out of region
  • Detail oriented and strong ownership of work
  • Demonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data



  • Experience overseeing an Eightfold implementation
  • Workday HCM or Recruiting Certification (current or expired)
  • Experience in quality assurance testing and Workday custom reporting


Salary Range: 

$140,000 – $200,000
