Billy joined Arrow in 2018, 5 months after the firm launched, and has been an unwavering and loyal member of the company ever since. He has seen Arrow grow from 4 to over 55 people and been an integral part of recruiting top talent to join the firm. He has consistently been one of the highest revenue generating performers year over year as well as being a mentor and trainer to new hires and up and coming recruiters.
