Arrow Search Partners Launches Two New Practice Areas: Compliance and Investment Operations & Client Services

New York, NY — January 29, 2026 — Arrow Search Partners, a leading executive search firm, today announced the formal launch of two dedicated practice areas: Compliance and Investment Operations & Client Services, expanding the firm’s ability to serve financial services clients across highly regulated and operationally complex functions.

The Compliance practice, led by Grant Potter, provides specialized recruitment solutions across all levels, from Chief Compliance Officers to junior associates. The team serves clients across investment banking, sales and trading, private markets, hedge funds, traditional asset management, crypto and fintech, and consumer banking.

The Investment Operations & Client Services practice supports critical operational and client-facing functions, including Middle Office Operations, Trade Support, Treasury, Valuations, Reporting, Investor Relations, and Client Services. Adam Gloskin and Gavin Buda are key contributors in building this practice, alongside Jon Swartz and Connor Daly, who have been actively executing searches in this space and bring deep functional expertise and market knowledge.
