Alexandra brings 5 years of Technical Recruitment experience to her role as a Director with Arrow Search Partners. She graduated in 2018 from University of Delaware with a degree in Interpersonal Communications. She has a background in both internal recruitment and agency recruitment.

Alexandra is originally from Commack, Long Island and currently lives in NYC. She danced competitively throughout high school and was Captain of the University of Delaware Dance Team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
