Alexa is an Associate Director of Internal Operations at Arrow Search Partners. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, with minors in Leadership and Fashion & Retail Studies. During her time at Ohio State, Alexa demonstrated leadership and commitment through her involvement as President of her sorority, Alpha Epsilon Phi. Alexa joined Arrow in October 2022 as a Recruiting Coordinator and quickly became a valuable resource on our Internal Operations team. She helps facilitate communication between our recruiters and clients on a day-to-day basis. In addition to her role in day-to-day operations, Alexa actively contributes to key projects aimed at improving internal processes and enhancing overall efficiency. Alexa is excited to be part of a growing firm and is dedicated and passionate about ensuring seamless coordination across teams to achieve organizational goals and drive success here at Arrow.
One a Personal Note
Originally from Florida, Alexa moved to New York City after graduation. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending Pilates classes, and exploring new restaurants throughout the city.
