Alexis brings over ten years of executive search experience to her role at Arrow, with a focus on placing high level administrative professionals, including executive assistants and office managers, at prestigious companies. Her background focuses heavily on recruitment in the office support space, an area of work she is very passionate about.
Alexis prides herself on helping her candidates find a position and company they can call home (and has placed hundreds of candidates who can attest to that!). Alexis makes it a point to work side by side with her clients to help them find talented professionals with impressive backgrounds that are a great fit for their company’s needs.
Connecting with others is something that comes naturally to Alexis. Her favorite part of her job is simply meeting new people and furthering each connection she makes. Her easy going and caring personality has led to much of her success. Prior to her career, Alexis graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Elementary Education.
