Allison recently graduated from The University of Tampa with a degree in Business Management. After graduation, Allison wanted to pursue a career in recruiting to leverage her passion for building meaningful relationships while helping others achieve success in their careers. She is eager to create new connections and contribute to the dynamic culture here at Arrow!

Allison is from Long Island, NY. She grew up running track & field and in her free time she loves to play pickleball, explore new coffee shops & going to NY Ranger games!
