Arianna brings over eight years of recruiting experience to Arrow, specializing in tech, marketing, and business development roles. She is a graduate of SUNY Cortland and began her career in inside sales at a technology distribution company, where she built a strong foundation in client relationships and developed a lasting interest in the tech space. Her passion for technology started early on, having grown up working alongside her father at his low-voltage company. This hands-on experience shaped her understanding of how technical work translates into real-world applications.
In September 2017, Arianna transitioned into recruitment, where she found the ideal intersection of her technical knowledge and people-centric skill set. Since then, she’s built a reputation for taking a thoughtful, consultative approach partnering closely with both clients and candidates to ensure strong, long-term matches. From understanding career goals to guiding candidates through interviews and offer negotiations, she’s committed to delivering successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Arianna loves spending time with family, friends, and her toy poodle. She’s an avid singer, enjoys the outdoors, and loves traveling.
