Ariella received her BA in Strategic Communication from High Point University in North Carolina and started her recruiting career right after graduation. Her passion for cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities is evident in her approach to work. Ariella brings her bright energy and strategic, people-first mentality to every candidate interaction to make the perfect match.
On a Personal Note
Ariella grew up between New Jersey and Florida. Now in New York, she spends her free time trying new restaurants, taking weekend adventures with friends, and traveling with her dog. She is a huge fan of Detroit sports, especially the Lions and Red Wings. A lifelong athlete, Ariella recently ran in the NYC Marathon and is love training for her upcoming races.
