Billy brings over seven years of executive recruiting experience to his role as Executive Director at Arrow Search Partners. Upon graduating from Loyola University with a BS in Accounting, Billy received his CPA and began his career at PwC in the assurance practice. After spending 2 years gaining insights into the world of finance, Billy found himself eager to enter the world of relationships and executive recruiting. Now as a recruiter, his experience at the big four provides valuable perspective to many.

On a Personal Note
As an avid snowboarder, Billy is known for heading out west to hit the slopes and improve his carve. Outside of traveling and snowboarding, his hobbies include playing tennis and homebrewing different types of ales (and taste testing them!). If you’re lucky enough to get to work with Billy, he may even surprise you with a cold one.
