With nearly twenty years of experience in the staffing industry, Brian has developed an in-depth understanding of both client and candidate needs. He is well-versed in all aspects of the business, excelling in both the permanent and consulting sides, and remains highly hands-on while providing leadership and guidance to his team members. His focus is on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, ensuring the alignment of talent with organizational goals, and understanding career aspirations.
Brian holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and Writing from SUNY New Paltz, as well as a Bachelor’s of Arts in English from Fairfield University. He is a proud alumnus of Regis High School. Throughout his career, Brian has cultivated lasting relationships with some of the largest firms, while also focusing on the needs of his highly valued, smaller clients.
