David brings over nine years of executive recruiting experience to his role at Arrow Search Partners. After graduating with a BS from SUNY Oneonta, David accepted a position at Merrill Lynch with an eagerness to learn the ins and outs of the financial industry. From his years of experience David has quickly adopted a “people first” mindset, combining thoughtful candidate placement with swift client service.

David loves his job and wants everyone he places to say the same, it’s that simple. When working with David you’ll quickly learn that he treats your needs as if they were his own. He doesn’t just place jobs, he thoroughly gets to know and understand the goals of his clients and candidates. Pair that with his uncanny ability to see where talent and opportunity intersect, and you’ve got an on target match every time.

David values being proactive—even when you’re not looking for a new position or employee, he is always looking out for you. He continues fostering every relationship, keeping his candidates and clients in tune with the job market and opportunities within. And he doesn’t stop there. On a Personal Note

David is a die-hard Oakland Raiders fan with an impressive bucket list to cheer on his team in every stadium. Crossing eight off his list to date, David sticks to the Raider’s slogan “Commitment to Excellence” on and off the field. Aside from a commitment to his favorite team, David spends his free time with his adorable rescue, Brody, and fosters shelter dogs with his wife.
