Isabel attended the University of Miami and graduated with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. After starting her career in Miami on the client services side of the marketing world, she quickly decided she wanted to be in the city and pivoted her career path. She joined Arrow Search Partners in the Spring of 2023 as a Technology Associate. Isabel values her relationships with friends, family, and candidates alike. She is quickly growing and feels like she found her niche!
