JT brings over eight years of executive recruiting experience to his role as an Executive Director at Arrow Search Partners, specializing in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals across many industries, with a focus on the alternative asset management space.
After graduating with a BS in Business from SUNY New Paltz, JT began his Executive Search career as a Research Analyst. In just three short years, JT gained valuable experience and established numerous connections within the industry that saw him progress rapidly. His drive and work ethic earned him a spot as one of the top recruiters in New York City.
JT’s approach to recruitment? Focusing on the “big picture.” He prides himself on helping his candidates achieve their long-term goals. By identifying the necessary steps and getting his candidates on the right track, JT is there to offer support until they have the role they deserve at a company they love.
On a Personal Note
In his free time, JT loves to hit the golf course. On the weekends you can find him playing 18 or 36 holes. When he is not at the course, he will be on a beach or traveling the world. JT has ran a total of four marathons and is a passionate NY Yankees fan.
